SUZAKU Campus
The Kyoto Seminar will be held at SUZAKU Campus, which opened in September 2006. SUZAKU Campus is located at the center of Kyoto City, about two minutes-walk from JR Nijo Staion. It is just two stations away from Kyoto Station.
*Please be aware that Ritsumeikan has 2 campuseson two different locations in Kyoto.
The main campus is called KINUGASA Campus located North-West of Kyoto City, and the other one is called SUZAKU campus, which is located right in the middle of the city, near JR Nijo station.
The Kyoto Seminar will be held at Suzaku Campus.
Since Suzaku campus is newer and the main campus has been there for many years, if you ask direction or use a cab to get there, make sure to tell you want to go to the campus near Nijo station.
How to get to Kyoto and Suzaku Campus
From Kansai International Airport, a convenient way to get to JR Kyoto Station is to take a limousine bus (about 100 minutes). Other transport options include door-to-door shuttle bus services (MK and Yasaka)and local trains, including JR train HARUKA. If you are arriving to Itami Airport, limousine bus, MK shuttle and Yasaka are available but not JR train, HARUKA. The school building at Nijo Station is two stations away from JR Kyoto station.

Tokyo Campus 
The Tokyo Seminar will be held at Tokyo Campus, which is located at the center of Tokyo, about one minute walk from Shinkansen Nihonbashi Ticket Gate at Tokyo Station. It is on the 8th floor of Sapia Tower.

From Narita International Airport to Tokyo Station
There are several methods of getting from Narita International Airport to Tokyo Station. Major methods are Narita Express Train and Limousine Bus.
1)Train
From Narita International Airport to JR Tokyo Station
Narita Express called "N'EX" provides rapid, frequent, and comfortable service to passengers traveling between Narita International Airport and JR Tokyo Station. It is 55 minute ride and it costs 2,940 yen one way. N'EX usually runs every one hour. Please check the following timetable and consider getting off at the nearest N'EX station. 2)Bus
From Narita International Airport to JR Tokyo Station
Airport Limousine buses from the airport to various destinations leave from the arrival level on the first floor. Passengers planning to take the bus should obtain their tickets at the ticket counters before proceeding to the bus stops.It is 80-110 minute ride and it costs 3,000 yen per one way. You should allow plenty of time for travel to or from the airport as delays can occur due to traffic and weather conditions.
